Monthly or Weekly Passes
If you have a MiPermit account, you are eligible for parking at a rate of £50 per month. Your pass may start on any date and is valid for a full calendar month at the following multi-storey car parks -
- George Street
- Osborne Street
- Pryme Street
The monthly pass is equal to a saving of 5 days of parking.
You may also purchase a weekly pass for £12.50, which can start on any day of the week. Both monthly and weekly tickets can be used on Saturdays and Sundays when the car park is open.
You can buy a multi-storey season ticket by registering on the MiPermit website.
Electric Vehicles and Parking
There are 13 11kW electric vehicle chargers.
Alternative public chargers are available in car parks at -
- 2 7kW charges at Lowgate car park
- 4 7kW chargers at Hull History Centre behind Hull New Theatre
All chargers are operated by Evolt Network on behalf of Hull City Council and cost 30p per kWh.
You will also need to pay for parking within the facility. Failure to do so may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued.

Charger Faults
Faults need to be reported to Evolt Network directly, not Hull City Council. Call the Evolt Helpline 020 8515 8444 (24 hours) and quote the charger number (SEC).
