Hull Paragon Interchange is the city's central transport hub located on Ferensway. It has been serving the city for over 175 years.

Hull Paragon Interchange include the following facilities -

- Refreshment facilities - several retail units on the station concourse
- Toilets - available on the station concourse, near to the ticket barriers
- Accessible toilets - adjacent to Costa Coffee on the station concourse. These toilets are operated by a radar key
- Waiting room - a heated waiting room is available on the station concourse

Ticket Office
The ticket office is located on the station concourse.

There are also self-serve ticket machines, with pre-purchase collection available.
Car Parking
The station is serviced by two car parks - Anlaby Road and Park Street - and has 280 spaces, 23 accessible parking spaces and short stay and drop-off bays also available.
The car park is in operation 24 hours a day.

The daily car parking rate is valid until 11.59pm on the day of issue, and does not extend in to the following day
The car park operates on an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, and tickets need to be bought via an app.
Cycle Parking
There is a cycle shelter in the car park next to Platform 7, with 160 spaces for cycles in two-tier racks, six of which allow those with electrically assisted pedal cycles (EAPC) to charge up their bicycles.
Further cycle racks are also available outside the interchange, near the Ferensway entrance opposite Paragon Square.

Connections and onward travel
- Rail replacement services - pick-up and drop-off in the bus interchange (adjacent to the railway station). Buses depart from stands A - D in the bus station
- Taxi rank - the nearest taxi rank is outside the station
- Ferry link - via The Deep and the city centre departs from Bay 3
Hull Paragon Interchange Improvements
Smart city digital screens will enable bus passengers to plan their journeys efficiently. Using Smart technology to provide real-time updates on bus arrival and departure times.
The opening of the new Safer Hull Paragon Hub will provide a consistent point of contact for passengers.

A stunning mural painted by local artist Andy Pea, in the Ferensway entrance, to celebrate the 175th anniversary of the interchange.
New laser door sensors to help improve the efficiency and safety of the automatic doors at the bus and coach bays.

Lost Property at the Interchange
Each organisation within the Interchange is responsible for property found on its vehicle or premises -
- For Stagecoach call 01482 222 800 between 11am and 3pm Monday to Saturday
- East Yorkshire Buses call 01482 325 679 between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday
It may take some time for the offices to be informed of property found on buses.
