The Circuit

The Ennerdale Cycle Circuit is the region’s only all-weather 1km circuit and is designed to provide cyclists of all levels, from beginner to elite, with an amazing environment to go cycling.

The circuit offers a range of loops and straights so that people can practice skill, power and endurance.

The cycle circuit is fenced with good street-level lighting. You can cycle throughout the year, including evenings. Being away from the main commuter roads, cyclists can ride with confidence in a safe, traffic-free environment.

Free Guided Ride Sessions

Funded by Hull City Council and delivered in partnership with Hull Culture and Leisure, free guided ride sessions take place at the Ennerdale Cycle circuit fortnightly on Wednesday evenings.

Supported by Safer Roads Humber, the sessions start at 6.30pm and are delivered by experienced volunteer ride leaders from British Cycling.

The sessions provide the perfect opportunity for those thinking of getting back into cycling to do so in a controlled and supportive environment.
